Spring is finally here!!

I am more than excited for Spring to finally be here! I don't know what it is, maybe it is because we got more than one snow fall here in Little Rock this winter. Or maybe because it feels like I haven't seen the sun very much in the past three months. But YAY for spring! Eleanor and I celebrated by going out to Wye Mtn with my sweet friend Tracy and her little boy Lawson. I have also been celebrating by running outside. I can't tell you how excited I am to be running outside. Scott and I did Jillian's 30 day shred...yeah we are still on level two and this is month three. I just love running outside so much more than staying inside and doing plank jacks...or double jump ropes. hah:) sounds so serious:) I am also excited to be pulling out my flip flops. Oh how I have missed you my dear flip flops!! My toes can finally breathe!! And lastly, I am excited for spring because it is one season closer to summer! And the lake. duh. :)

Great Grand

Last weekend, we spend some time in Oxford, MS with Scott's grandmother Momu.

Eleanor's GREAT-GRANDMOTHER. wow.

She is so special to Scott and I. There is always DELISH food and of course her famous pound cake! If you didn't like pound cake or were perhaps indifferent, hers would change your mind. We always have the best talks sitting in her living room...with pound cake of course! Anyways, I think it is so special that Eleanor gets to experience Momu and all of her wonderfulness. I'm so glad we have pictures so we can always tell Eleanor about her visits to see Momu when she was little:))

Up and Moving

Eleanor isn't walking yet but she is definitely moving around. Check out her new squeaky shoes. That is so we know where she is when she starts walking:))

My "Sweetheart"

Scott and I went on our valentine's date Saturday night. SO fun! It is so easy to forget about giving attention to each other when there is a precious cute little toddler just being adorable all the time(well most of the time hah!). But just being able to be free from a schedule for one night was so nice. We went to this cute place up the street(that was when we realized we are getting old haha:)) and enjoyed a drink before heading to Yaya's for dinner. I have such a sweet husband. No but seriously y'all I do. I love that after four years and a child, we can still go out and have fun. Just the two of us. And be silly and carefree. Everyone needs that a time or two. every once in a while. So I say Happy Valentines day to my husband. My "Sweetheart". I love you!
